This morning, I thought of Aerobics as a drudgery. Why is a woman my age required to take two gym classes in order to graduate? (Not an easy task since I am over double the age of the students. I am even older than the instructor.) But, then I was mesmerized by my daughter in her JROTC uniform as she headed off to school- admiring the courage fueling
her dreams -and Aerobics became a piece of cake!

Inspiration

This is Jack after four hours rummaging down a groundhog hole. He is so exhausted, barely able to lift his head from the water bucket. Don’t let him fool you. His tenacity is incredible, relentless, a true Jack Russell. As I entered campus this morning, I had an overwhelming feeling of running away even though I am so close to my goal. I felt like Jack, hanging over the bucket, exhausted. But, then I remembered his courage, Jack never gives up until he takes the prize.
